Our Process

Consultation

The beginning of any project starts with a consultation.

Narrowing down what you are after, and figuring out what furnishing solution fits your space, looking at samples, measuring the space, and getting an accurate quote.

Measure and Quote

We will come to your property and carry out our free measure and quote, getting accurate measurements for the furnishing solutions you desire.

With our measurements we will then give you an accurate quote (to see what is included in your quote visit our FAQ’s).

Manufacturing

Once you are happy with our quote and a deposit is paid, we then move to the manufacturing stage. Your measurements are sent to our factories, whether that be roller blinds, curtains or shutters. Depending on the furnishing solution, manufacturing can take up to 4-6 weeks.

Once we have received your products, we do a quality check and book installation,

  • For curtains this includes, inspecting each curtain for any marks, tears or manufacturing issues. After the quality check happens we then hand steam your curtains, no earlier than the day before installation.

Installation

Once the installation date is booked and the final deposit is paid, we can come and install your new window furnishings.

One of our professional installers will arrive with all the necessary tools and equipment to install your products at the highest quality.

Installation takes time, usually a few hours, rushing leads to mistakes, so that is why we take care with what we are doing.

At the end of installation, our installers clean up any mess they have made, including product rubbish removal.

The final thing that may happen at installation is the installer may ask to take photos of the final products installed, this is for quality insurance and possible marketing material, our installer will always ask before taking any photos.
